Haven Estate “$22,000 Rebate on Registered Packages” – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    Haven Estate (the Promoter).

  2. Offer
    A rebate of $22,000.00 AUD (the Rebate) is available on participating registered House & Land packages at Haven Estate (the Offer).

  3. Campaign Period

    • Campaign launch: 15 September 2025

    • Campaign end: 15 December 2025 (or earlier if sold out/withdrawn).

  4. Eligibility Window
    To qualify for the Rebate, the purchaser must:
    a) Exchange and pay the deposit on the contract of sale between 15 September 2025 and 25 November 2025 (inclusive); and
    b) Settle on the purchase on or before 19 December 2025 (the Settlement Deadline).

  5. Participating Packages & Registered Land

    • The Offer applies only to selected, participating House & Land packages on registered lots at Haven Estate.

    • Availability is strictly limited and may change at any time without notice.

    • Participating builders and packages may vary. Not all builders or lots are included.

  6. How the Rebate is Applied

    • The Rebate will be applied as an adjustment at settlement in accordance with the contract of sale and/or any deed or rebate schedule issued by the Promoter.

    • Unless expressly stated otherwise in the contract, the Rebate is inclusive of GST (if any).

    • The Rebate is one per contract of sale, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or incentive unless the Promoter agrees in writing.

  7. Exclusions & Ineligibility

    • The Offer does not apply to unregistered land, land-only purchases, completed homes not included in the promotion, or any package not expressly identified by the Promoter as participating.

    • Purchasers who do not settle by the Settlement Deadline (for any reason) forfeit the Rebate, unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing at its sole discretion.

    • Changes to the purchaser entity, package configuration, lot, or settlement timing may invalidate eligibility unless approved by the Promoter in writing.

  8. Finance & Costs

    • Obtaining finance and meeting all lender and legal requirements is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

    • All usual purchase costs (including legal fees, taxes, duties, lender fees, and adjustments) remain payable by the purchaser in the ordinary course.

  9. Contract Prevails

    • Participation in the Offer is subject to exchange on the Promoter’s contract of sale for the relevant House & Land package.

    • If there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the contract of sale (including any rebate deed/schedule), the contract of sale prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

  10. Marketing & Information

  • Any pricing, lot availability, package inclusions, imagery and statements published by the Promoter or participating builders are illustrative only and subject to change without notice.

  • Purchasers should not rely solely on marketing materials and should make their own enquiries and obtain independent advice before entering a contract.

  1. Variations, Suspension & Withdrawal

  • The Promoter may vary, suspend or withdraw the Offer (in whole or part) at any time prior to exchange, or for packages where exchange has not yet occurred, without notice.

  • For purchasers who have already exchanged in accordance with clause 4, the Promoter will honour the Offer subject to these Terms & Conditions and the contract of sale.

  1. Privacy

  • Personal information collected in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at havenestate.com.au/privacy-policy/.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from or in connection with the Offer, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
