A new place for the community to come together
Work is also progressing towards one of Haven Estate’s most exciting new additions: the future open space and playground.
Playground installation and surrounding landscaping are scheduled to commence in October 2026, creating a welcoming place for residents to relax, play and connect.

Electrical and NBN works are scheduled to commence in August 2026 and are expected to be completed in early September.
Throughout the remainder of August, the construction team will focus on progressing stormwater installation and backfilling to establish the final kerb levels.
